Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine unsweetened cocoa powder and condensed milk.Add this mixture and vanilla essence to cream and beat again.
- Transfer to a freezing bowl.Cover and freeze for 5 - 6 hours.
