Baked Fish
Ingredients:
- Fish fillets - 3(I used salmon)
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 2 tsp
Preparation:
- Wash well and cut the fish fillets into medium sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the fish pieces with all other ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and bake the fish pieces for 15 minutes.
- Turn each pieces and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with onion wedges.
