Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  1. Fish fillets - 3(I used salmon)
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  7. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - as needed
  9. Oil - 2 tsp

Preparation:

  • Wash well and cut the fish fillets into medium sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the fish pieces with all other ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 F and bake the fish pieces for 15 minutes.
  • Turn each pieces and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with onion wedges.
