Veg Hakka Noodles
Ingredients:
- Hakka noodles - 250 gm
- Carrot, chopped - 1
- Cabbage, chopped - 1 cup
- Capsicum, chopped - 1
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - as needed
- Spring onion - for garnishing(optional)
- Cook noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and saute till the raw smell is gone.
- Add in all the vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes.Add enough salt.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar;mix everything well.
- Add in the cooked noodles and mix again.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot.
