Tutti Frutti Cake
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour / Maida - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 2 nos
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Tutti frutti - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Dust tutti frutti with some flour and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Add in eggs and beat until fluffy.Add in vanilla essence.
- In another bowl, sieve together maida, baking powder and salt.
- Add this dry mixture along with tutti frutti to beaten egg mixture.Add milk and fold gently.
- Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until done.
