Mushroom Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Cooked rice - 2.5 cups
- Button mushroom sliced - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 small
- Capsicum - 1
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as needed
- Green onions - for garnishing
- In a non stick or heavy bottomed pan, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
- Next add chopped onion and salt.Mix well and saute till the onion becomes translucent.
- Add in sliced mushrooms and fry till it turns golden brown in colour.
- Turn the flame to high and add all the sauces one by one.
- Mix well and add chopped capsicum. Cook for 3- 4 minutes.
- Finally, add in the cooked rice Give a quick stir.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
