Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
- Ripe banana - 3 nos
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Raisins - 2 tbsp
- In a bowl, sieve the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, combine together mashed banana, oil, brown sugar , granulated sugar and vanilla essence.
- To this add the dry ingredients and fold gently. Do not over mix. Add raisins to this batter and give a gentle mix.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.Divide the batter equally in cup cake liners placed in a muffin pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until done.
