Banana Parfait
Ingredients:
- Banana - 1 sliced
- Instant oats - 1/2 cup
- Yogurt - 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1.5 tbsp
- Raisins or nuts - for topping
- Mix together instant oats and honey.Heat a nonstick pan and toast the oats mixture for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence to yogurt and mix well.
- In a serving glass layer sliced banana, yogurt and oats.
- Top with raisins or nuts of your choice.
