Cheese Dosa
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
- Chopped tomato - 1/4 cup
- Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Cheese - 1/2 cup (any cheese of your choice)
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oregano - a pinch ( optional)
- Salt to taste
- Pour a ladleful of dosa batter over a hot tawa and make a thin dosa. .
- Add all the chopped vegetables on top and drizzle some oil. Sprinkle pepper powder, salt and oregano and add cheese over the vegetables.
- Cook on low heat till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
