Gobi 65
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower florets - 2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp (optional)
- Rice flour - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Wash the cauliflower florets well. Dip in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain the water , pat dry them and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all purpose flour,corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,pepper powder,soy sauce, rice flour and salt.Add enough water to and form a batter of medium thick consistency.
- Dip each florets in the batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
