Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower florets - 2 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  3. All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  5. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
  6. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Soy sauce - 1 tsp (optional)
  8. Rice flour - 2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - for frying
Preparation:
  • Wash the cauliflower florets well. Dip in hot water  for 10 minutes. Drain the water , pat dry them and set  aside.
  • In a bowl, combine all purpose flour,corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,pepper powder,soy sauce, rice flour and salt.Add enough water to and form a batter of medium thick consistency.
  • Dip each florets in the batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
