Carrot Pomegranate Raita

Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt/Thick curd - 1 cup
  2. Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
  3. Grated carrot - 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chilli - 1/2 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - as needed
  8. Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Preparation:

  • Beat the yogurt in a bowl .Add in salt, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and beat again.
  • Next, add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Garnish with some pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and grated carrot .
  • Serve with any rice of your choice.
