Cheese Dosa

Ingredients:

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped tomato - 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
  5. Cheese - 1/2 cup (any cheese of your choice)
  6. Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Oregano - a pinch ( optional)
  8. Salt to taste
Preparation:

  • Pour a ladleful of dosa batter over a hot tawa and make a thin dosa. .
  • Add all the chopped vegetables on top and drizzle some oil. Sprinkle pepper powder, salt and oregano and add cheese over the vegetables. 
  • Cook on low heat till the cheese melts.  
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
