Eggless Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Mango pulp - 3 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can or 1.5 cups
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, mix together mango pulp and sweetened condensed milk.If the mango pulp is not too sweet, add some sugar in the pulp to make it more sweet.
- In another bowl, pour in heavy cream and start beating using a hand mixer or a whisk.Beat until stiff peaks form.Do not over beat it.Add this whipped cream to the pulp mixture and fold gently.Add vanilla essence and give a mix.
- Transfer to a freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 7-8 hours.
