Ingredients:
Sliced banana - 3/4 cup
Chilled whole milk- 1 cup
Dates - 8 nos
Honey - to taste
Preparation:
Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes.Chop them into small pieces.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Chill for 30 minutes if needed.Pour into serving glasses and serve.
