Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken drumsticks - 4 nos
  2. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil as needed
Preparation:
  • Wash and clean the chicken drumsticks and make few slits on each one.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken legs with ingredients from 2 to 9.
  • Cover and refrigerate for few hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  • In a baking tray, arrange the chicken drumsticks and bake it for about 30 mins.
  • Turn it the other side and bake it again for another 15 to 20 mins.
  • Broil the chicken for 5 mins .
  • Remove it from the oven .
