Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks - 4 nos
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
- Wash and clean the chicken drumsticks and make few slits on each one.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken legs with ingredients from 2 to 9.
- Cover and refrigerate for few hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- In a baking tray, arrange the chicken drumsticks and bake it for about 30 mins.
- Turn it the other side and bake it again for another 15 to 20 mins.
- Broil the chicken for 5 mins .
- Remove it from the oven .
