Grilled Corn
Ingredients:
- Corn on the cob - 2 nos
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon wedge - 2
- Mix salt and chilli powder and set aside.
- Heat the stove to high.
- Above the flame,rotate the corn at every 5-10 seconds interval until all the sides get roasted.
- Remove from the flame.
- Dip the lemon wedge into the spice mix and rub all over the corn.Done!!!
