Grilled Corn

Ingredients:
  1. Corn on the cob - 2 nos
  2. Salt - 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Lemon wedge - 2
Preparation
  • Mix salt and chilli powder and set aside.
  • Heat the stove to high.
  • Above the flame,rotate the corn at every 5-10 seconds interval until all the sides get roasted.
  • Remove from the flame.
  • Dip the lemon wedge into the spice mix and rub all over the corn.Done!!!
