Apple Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:
  1. Apple - 1 
  2. Rolled oats - 2 tbsp
  3. Milk - 1.5 cup
  4. Almonds - 4 nos
  5. Dates - 3 nos
  6. Honey/sugar - to taste
Preparation:
  • Soak the almonds and dates in hot water for 15 mins.
  • Peel and chop the apple.
  • Grind the rolled oats to form a fine powder.
  • Add the whole ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve it with some finely chopped almonds and dates.
