Ingredients:
- Instant oats - 1/2 cup
- Chilled Milk - 1 cup
- Chopped banana - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Almonds - 8-9 nos
Preparation:
- In a blender add oats, chilled milk, chopped banana, honey, almonds and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
