Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. Ripe mango, diced - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped tomato - 1/4 cup
  4. Jalapeno pepper - 1, chopped finely
  5. Chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
Preparation:
  • In a large bowl, add chopped mango, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  • Add in lemon juice and sprinkle enough salt.Mix everything well.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.Serve with tortilla chips or as salad.
