Mango Lassi

Ingredients:


  1. Ripe mango,chopped - 2 cups
  2. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  3. Non fat plain yogurt - 1 cup
  4. Chilled milk - 3/4 cup
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Ice cubes - as needed
Preparation:

  • Place the chopped mangoes in a blender.Add in sugar and blend until smooth.
  • To this add yogurt, milk, cardamom powder and blend again.Taste check for sweetness and add more sugar if needed .If adding more sugar, blend it once again.
  • Pour to serving glasses and add ice cubes if needed.Serve immediately.Also, you can chill it and serve .
