Carrot Pomegranate Raita
Ingredients:
- Yogurt/Thick curd - 1 cup
- Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
- Grated carrot - 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilli - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
- Beat the yogurt in a bowl .Add in salt, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and beat again.
- Next, add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with some pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and grated carrot .
- Serve with any rice of your choice.
